1. The indoor ventilation and lighting of the maintenance site are excellent, and the site is hard-surfaced.
2. Maintenance equipment: equipped with industrial sewing machines, thermal welding machines, rope thermal bonding equipment, water bleeding test tools, eye rim molds and auxiliary tools, light transmission equipment (light transmission, natural light transmission), washing tools, drying equipment, etc. necessary maintenance equipment.
When repairing, we must pay attention to the following requirements for the repairing requirements of waterproof PVC fabric:
①The distance between the periphery of the patch cloth and the periphery of the break or hole is greater than 40mm, and the shape of the patch is usually round or square, and the four corners of the square should be arcs. In case of extra-large cracks or holes, they can be cut according to the shape of the cracks or holes.
②No leakage repair or coating is allowed, and needle seam is not allowed to replace welding repair or glue repair.
However, if you choose to repair the waterproof PVC fabric by welding or glue repair, then you must also meet the following conditions:
①The bonding strength of the repaired place shall not be less than 25N/30mm, and the water-slung test of the repaired place shall not allow water seepage, smearing, or water leakage.
②Break should be butted manually and should be flat and aligned after butting, and the stitching distance should be 14-18 stitches/100mm. The width of the patch cloth to be glued and patched after the technical butt joint is 100mm to 120mm. Holes cannot be rigidly docked.
③The bonding between the patch and the tarpaulin should be flat, close, and firm, and should not be desoldered, glued, or warped, and no agglomeration should be allowed.
